The images on the
left show a roofline where UPVC cap-overs had been fitted. These are fitted
over the original timber roofline - which continues to rot underneath so
that eventually the cap-overs have nothing to fix to, work loose and have
to be replaced. Cap-overs represent the unprofessional 'cowboy' way of
applying UPVC roofline products.
The images on the right show the same property after the underlying timber
has been removed and the property has been fitted with Ship-lap cladded
box-end, bargeboards, fascias and cast-aluminium guttering |
